The Weinhauer multifunctional project filled an empty plot on Jozefská Street in the centre of Bratislava, thus closing a long-standing gap. In total, it consists of 35 flats and apartments.
The residential project, which combines modern luxury with the history of old Bratislava, is exceptional for its location near the Presidential Garden.
Residential project
The project consists of two blocks with an entrance from Jozefská Street – there are 12 flats in the three-storey block and 17 flats in the four-storey block. The sizes of the housing units range from 57 to 129 square metres, and most of them have a balcony or terrace. There are several commercial establishments on the ground floor of the building. A total of 95 parking spaces were created over three underground floors. The heart of the project is a quiet green atrium in the courtyard.
Construction of the project began in June 2015 and final approval for use took place in the summer of 2017. The project is part of Proxenta’s broader development activities in this location, and it creates a compact unit with further construction, which is being implemented by Proxenta in the immediate vicinity.
