The Proxenta group has come up with a greenfield project for smart storage premises with the potential to satisfy even the most demanding clients. There will be unlimited access to storage units using the latest technology in an excellently accessible location. The building will be fully automatic, and secured by a state-of-the-art camera and security system.

Industrial complex
Self-service storage premises are suitable for the storage of seasonal or sports equipment, for the temporary storage of furniture and home furnishings, or as a warehouse for goods for businesses of various specialisations. The project is located in an area with excellent transport accessibility. Unlimited access to the units and their control will be provided through a mobile application. The entire complex will be under the constant supervision of the state-of-the-art camera systems.
Warehouses from 2 m² or smaller boxes will be offered. Of course, there will be service equipment such as pallet trucks and trailers, freight elevators, and the possibility to rent a vehicle with or without a driver. Clients will have access to a large selection and a high standard of additional services at the level of global solutions.
