The latest development project in Bratislava’s Staré Mesto forms a street line along Šancová Street, thus closing the currently open block of surrounding buildings. It will be a building with eight above-ground and two underground floors. The six above-ground floors will be residential, and the remaining two will be intended for office and commercial premises.

The project on Šancová Street will bring office and commercial premises to the location near the main station in addition to flats and apartments.

Multifunctional building

The proposed multifunctional building forms a compact architectural unit with an urban equipment structure. It will be a building with eight above-ground and two underground floors. On the first above-ground floor, there will be 1,801 m² intended for commercial premises, while the second above-ground floor will be reserved for office premises. The remaining six above-ground floors are intended for housing. The building will also have 218 parking spaces available.
