Lucrative area
The significant Kesselbauer residential project is being built in the lucrative area of Bratislava, right on Námestie 1. mája. More than 115 flats and apartments of various sizes and layouts will be built over eight floors. Almost all have a balcony, loggia, or spacious terrace.
Part of the street facade is a replica of the original town house, where a legendary city bakery was located. The final form of the replica of the historic house was created under the supervision of the monument office and reflects its origin to the greatest possible extent. The original architectural style as well as the colour scheme have been preserved. The contemporary visual look of the rest of the facade was designed to correspond to the adjoining modern buildings that have already been built on Námestie 1. mája. Although from the street the project seems to be two buildings that have nothing in common except for the fact that they are next to each other, with different architecture and heights, inside they create a harmonious whole with a U-shaped floor plan.

The materials used, the quality of the workmanship, as well as the size and layout of the flats and apartments predetermine this project for permanent housing. The ground floor of the building will include several commercial establishments. The services that will be provided in these premises will be selected to increase the value of the project and improve the quality of living in this location.
Hassle-free parking
Hassle-free parking is provided in the basement of the building, where more than 150 parking spaces will be created over two underground floors. The construction of the project was started in 2020, immediately after the building permit was granted. Construction should be completed by the end of 2022.
