The blocks of flats are distinguished from each other by the colour of the facade, while together they form the colours of the rainbow. They brought modern urban housing intended for young families to Nitra.
A comprehensive complex of seven blocks of flats intended for permanent housing located near the centre of Nitra.
Residential project
The first stage of the Rainbow Housing project was approved at the beginning of 2014 and the second stage at the end of 2015. Construction work within the project began in the spring of 2013 and its first stage was approved for use in February 2014. The completion of the second stage started in early 2015 and was completed in the autumn of the same year. A total of 148 studio and one bedroom flats and 6 maisonettes were built.
