The BLoKK project is directly across the street from the Presidential Palace, which also includes an extensive garden. Within walking distance, there is the historic city centre providing complete public amenities, as well as many shops, bars, and restaurants.
The transformation of the original office building in the very centre of Bratislava created a collection of unique apartments of various sizes and layouts.
Residential project
Reconstruction of the original office building on the corner of Vysoká Street and Námestie 1. mája created 37 apartments intended for housing. Almost half of them are two-room, but there are also 11 three-room apartments, 8 one-room, and 1 five-room apartment. There is also some available space on the ground floor for several smaller establishments which suitably complement the housing.
During the planned renovation, the appearance of the building did not change in a fundamental way, only its function. The most attractive part of the whole building is the inner atrium, which is seamlessly connected with commercial establishments and accessible through two passageways. A community space with several trees, greenery and a relaxation area will be created in the atrium.
